Return Policy

At Luxury Handles., we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Our Returns Policy is designed to facilitate a fair and transparent process for all our customers while protecting your consumer rights. Please carefully read the following guidelines to understand how returns are handled:

For B2C Customers:

  1. You have 60 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. During this period, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy.
  2. To initiate a return, please inform us at info@luxury-handles.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will not accept a return if you do not let us know within 14 days.
  3. Cost of express delivery will be deducted, if you have paid for express delivery.
  4. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unopened), unused, with tags in their original packaging.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
  6. Returns should be sent to the following address:

For B2B Customers:

  1. You have 14 days from receiving your item to initiate a return if there is a fault, such as manufacturing, etc.
  2. To initiate a return, please inform us at info@luxury-handles.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving goods.
  3. The Buyer should give 30 days to rectify the issue to the seller.
  4. Items must be returned in the same condition as received (unopened), unused, with tags in their original packaging.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
  6. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Additional return policy applicable to all

Restocking Fee:
A 10% fee may be deducted for restocking goods.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Made to order
Made-to-order items are non-refundable unless the product has a manufacturing defect or fault. Luxury Handles reserves the right to determine whether a defect exists.

Some items are made to order, i.e., extra-long handles. These items are made on request. This information is available on the product detail page under the dimensions tab.

In case of manufacturing fault, buyer should give 30 days to seller (i.e. Luxury Handles) to rectify the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item and, if necessary, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will immediately notify you once we have made the refund. Any refund may take 5-7 working days to appear in your bank account. If you do not receive funds after seven days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will ensure the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
