• All returns must be postmarked within 60 days of the date of receipt.
• To initiate a return, please inform us atinfo@luxury-handles.co.uk within 10 days of receiving the goods. We will not accept a return if you do not let us know within10 days.
• Returned items must be in new and unused condition.
• All original tags and labels must be attached.
• Cost of express delivery will be deducted, if you have paid for express delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
• Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
