- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend using a traceable shipping method.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
No Refunds or replacements for items reported as damaged more than 48 hours after delivery will not be issued.
